I have two pair and I love them! 
I bought my Mary Janes in June 09 and the sneakers in October. They have really helped me with my posture and balance. I have seen some firming in my legs as well. I am not sure if it is because of the technology or the fact that the shoes are so comfortable that I find myself walking a lot more. I wear mine every day.
