OK....I give up! I have come up with about 20 different plans, and I still feel like there is a better way to do this....I just can't figure out what that is..SO...could someone out there just do it for me?:D
We will be staying at the AKL for 6 nights, June 21-27, we each have 3 days left on hopper passses with 2 plus options also.
The only days I have set are:

June 21- our check in day. We're driving down, and plan to just spend the day by the pool relaxing, and then have dinner at Boma.

and

June 26- our last day. We're having breakfast at Chef Mickey's, then spending the day at Blizzard Beach, and that evening an Illuminations Cruise.

So I have the 22,23,24,and 25. One of these days has to be another Blizzard Beach day. We're doing the e-night on the 24th, and we need to be at MGM one night for Fantasmic! We would also like to try EE at MK.(In 26 trips we have never tried it)

The best I can come up with is:

June 22- early am MK for EE, and then monorail over to Epcot for the rest of the day and evening.

June 23- Blizzard Beach

June 24- sleep in, then MK all day,Spectro and FITSF and staying for e-night.

June 25- sleep in, AK 11:30am-3:30pm, then MGM for rest of the afternoon and evening, with Fantasmic at 10:30pm.

What do you think? I feel like I'm missing something,or that there is a better way.Can you help.....Please???

There's really no right or wrong way to have fun on a vacation. Your plan should reflect the things you want and enjoy to do. Just be flexible enough to change your plan once you're there in case you have fun what you're doing and don't want to switch parks.

If you're a morning person, hit the parks first thing, then take a break and come back later in the day....if you're a night owl, sleep in and plan to stay until closing.

I think it's easy to try and schedule WDW since there are so many fun things to do and we want to do them all, but it's impossible to do so. The most important thing you can plan on is planning to have fun....it's a vacation.

The only thing I may consider doing different is the 2 sleep in days. We always get to the parks at opening. Mostly because the end of June heat by 1-2pm is going to be alittle oppressive. I personally would get up at opening and come back to our room for a few hours around lunch then go back for part 2 of the day. Unfortunately, when we are at Disney we always go at opening which means getting up earlier than we do for work and school sometimes. However, the crowds are always smaller and the heat isn't in full force.

:D Thanks for your replies!!

As far as the first sleep in day, I planned that because we will be doing e-night that day, and I have never in the past been able to get either of my kids to take a nap during the day. We plan on having a long sit down lunch in the airconditioning, that's pretty much what's worked in the past. It's weird, DS will go till he falls asleep in the stroller, and take a nap that way, but won't if we go back to the resort.

I planned the second sleep in day as a recovery from the e-night.
I know from doing several MVMCP's in the past , that after staying out till 1:00am, you couldn't drag my crowd out of bed with a bulldozer!:D

Briar Rose - you will have a fun time, and you have the essentials covered. A plan is a plan, and just be flexible once you get there. The important thing is to have something to work with.

Now, if only I could take my own advice! I have spent so much time thinking about the "best" plan, - you have plenty of company - and PS for meals on the RIGHT days, and projected crowds and parade schedules and-and-and....that even I am questioning my sanity (my family gave up on me a long time ago).

Now park hours are posted and I am rethinking my rethinking of my rethinking.....but someone has to do it!

26 trips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bow to the master . . .

On your first Blizzard Beach day I would suggest seeing one of the evening shows like Cirque, HDD, or the Luau. It's fun and you don't need to use a park day on your pass.

Maybe you should do Blizzard Beach on one of your sleep in days. That gives you a chance to get to a park early in the am. Maybe do an early day in AK. It's better to hit the safari in the early morning. Plus, you can do most of the park in the am.

Don't stress over your touring plan. There is no right or wrong way to do this. If there was you wouldn't see so many people asking for help on this board. Just understand, you won't be able to do everything. But that's okay because it gives you a reason to go back!!

Good luck and have fun.
