Can someone staying in a timeshare (not DVC) use Magical Express?

A friend of my sister's is stayng at the Beach Club, using timeshare points. Is she still able to use Magical Express? I know DVC members can use it and regular reservations are able to, but not sure about this one.

I can't imagine why not. She's got a verifiable reservation, she should be eligible, regardless of how the room is "being paid for".

The person she is renting points from should be able to book a reservation if it can't be done by your sister's friend's sister.
