I think the new pool opens next spring.

Yes - the "new pool" is not even under construction yet, it's still an "old pool."

There are 2 good pools there:

The main pool, closest rooms are in the Springs, and
the pool in the Grandstands area.

"Good" depends on what you are looking for. Both the Congress Park and Paddock quiet pools offer exactly what we look for - low traffic, minimum hub bub, hot tubs, lounge chairs. We bring our own refreshments. I think that is great.
