Can someone please tell me what 180 +10 is?

I know what the 180 is, but what does +10 mean? I didn't see a sticky and I apologize if this has been asked a bunch of times.

At 180 days before your Trip, you can start Booking your Dining Reservations. You can book for 10 days of Dining on that day (all at once) rather than do each day separately. I hope that made sense. I was confused about it at first as well.
