Can someone please identify this pin

I am new to collecting pins. Can someone identify this for me or is it even a Disney pin. I cannot figure out how to add a photo so maybe that is not allowed here.
Can some one let me know how to add a photo if it is allowed.

Can you tell us what the pin looks like, what markings there are on the front or back, size, etc.? The more details the better if you can't post a photo (I think there is a waiting period for new members here).

to add a photo, create a free online account on IMGUR or FLICKR (photobucket doesn't work anymore). Then copy & paste the image over. But a good description would help as well. Front & back
