Can someone please HELP!?!

The ONE common denominator in this is EACH TIME the charge appeared EXACTLY 3 and a half weeks AFTER we left. Both times, we checked in LATE on a Friday night at POP CENTURY! We always use the same card when we check in to keep on file at the front desk and then charge everything back to the room during our stay.

Are you certain you can't account for the charges? The reason I'm asking is because if they process charges you make back to the room as a credit card(what they require) the charges may not post until the next billing statement(as in about 3.5 wks later). I had that happen to me with my credit card statement. I was back for around a month and then all of my room charges posted. At first I didn't recognize them, but I pulled out my receipts and double checked the past month statement and that was the first time I had been charged. Just wondering if this could possibly be what's happening to you?

Just wanted to add my .02 cents. I've been in banking for (groan) 21 years and if you have fraudulent charges hitting your account and the merchant that received the funds are of no assistance - - - go straight into your bank lobby and file a Reg E dispute. Take all your documentation, who you talked to, etc., and file the dispute. Once that is done, you should file a police report, preferably in the police district where the charges occured, but with your local police if you need to. Don't let anyone make you feel that it's not worth their time. As a consumer you are protected. FYI, debit card transactions on business accounts are regulated differently ~ Reg E is a consumer protection regulation.
