I need to help with finding my waitlist information. Can someone please give me direction on how to find my waitlist on my dvc membership. Thank you in advance for your help.

Open waitlists do not appear on the member website.

if the waitlist comes through, you'll see the new reservation online.

if it still hasn't come through, you won't see anything.

I wouldn't just wait for MS or the computer to discover that your waitlist request came through. I'd call frequently. For both our reservation in December at AKV and our reservation in 2 weeks I had waitlists. In both instances I called to check the status only to have MS say, "oh look it just came through!"

There have been lengthly discussions on these boards about how waitlists work, and I think the consensus is that there is one or more points in the day when some computer program kicks in and checks waitlists against availability. If you happen to call before the computer kicks in, you get your waitlist resolved right then and there. I might be wrong, but for our waitlists to come through twice just as I happened to call seems like too much of a coincidence.

Likewise, when I called MS to check on the status of my waitlist, I was told, "Nope, still waiting".
