Can someone please combine two designs?

Hello DISigners!

I am trying to combine two designs, but not having much luck.

I want to use the pumpkin Mickey head from this image (or similar)

But I would like the black ears to have sparkles, similar to this. I plan on making a t-shirt and gluing crystals in the sparkles.

I know this image belongs to a DISigner but I don't remember who or I would have asked them first.

Can someone help with this? We leave for WDW in 6 weeks.

Oh, I am so sorry I didn't keep your name. I just love the sparkly Mickey design. Thank you!!! I used it at Christmas time and made shirts for me and our daughter and glued crystals in the sparkles.

I have a group of friends that I met on the DIS and have become very close to. We travel together, talk almost daily, and call ourselves the Sparkly Eared Sisters. This image fits us well.

I don't mind that you didn't remember I did the Mickey head really. It is more annoying that you quoted me......I know, I know, it is easy to push that button and not even think about whether it is necessary. Nothing personal...they just bug me.

Pin images are always rather hard to clean up and look perfect. Therefore I made you some additional choices, one of which I am not very fond of but it is clean:
