Can someone lend me some help please

Did the restaurant at the top of the Contemporary Resort ever rotate, in the past, present or plans in the future to do so. Any info would definitely help me when having a discussion with my father who believes it did rotate at one time.

I kind of remember something about that too! I was really young so I don't know for sure. I know they used to have a broadway style musical show up there for dinner theater.

Well, I can't recall for sure, but I do know that the Garden Grille in Epcot rotates.

Actually now you mention it, I'm sure I remeber once hearing something about it rotating.

There used to be a restaurant at the CR called Top of the World that did a dinner show with Broadway songs each night.

I do not think it rotated. I remember going here every trip until it closed.

Here is what I found on a web site :

Top of the World: Also known as the Top of the World Supper Club. It featured celebrity entertainers and dancing until 1981 when a show called Broadway at the Top premiered. The entertainment charge for this show in 1981 was $7.50 for adults and $3.75 for children age 3-11. Dinner cost between $9.50 and $13.50. There was a Sunday brunch (with the fondly remembered "make your own" strawberry shortcake) and lunch during the day. There was also a lounge for sipping drinks while watching fireworks. Top of the World closed September 30, 1993 became the California Grill in May of 1995.

No the one at the CR never rotated. BUT The Grill does. (At least it used to and i think it still does)
