I need an email address to send some compliments to about our recent trip. I know there are some, but can't seem to find it.

I believe if you go to disneyworld.com there is an area where you can contact Guest Relations. It has a drop down box so your e-mail can be directed to the proper area. I have used this in the past and you always get a quick acknowledgement of your e-mail. Then after a couple of weeks you will get a direct response from Guest Relations. Two times over the years I have also received phone calls from someone in the WDW Executive Offices to discuss the situations. So they take any and all e-mails seriously.

Funny how noone wanted to know specifically what you wnated to compliment. Seems like when a thread like this starts for complaints everyone wants to know what happened.

Just an observation...if you'd like to share, I would be interested to know what kind of exceptional experience you had!

Me too (and thanks for pointing that out, srfrgl!) I would love to know what happened that's made your trip so enjoyable you want to inform Disney in writing!!!

We all need to remember - ALL such letters go in the Cast Member's file (whenever possible, e.g. if the experience involved an identifiable CM) and are considered when it's time to review or promote the CM.
