can someone help me with transportation issue

What is the most economical way to do this. I want to go from MCO to pier for DCL.

After cruise go from Pier to the Boardwalk.....I think I can take Magical Express to the airport....but what do I do about the other transportation needs without spending a fortune?

I really don't know a lot about DCL, but I see DCL buses all over Central Florida. I would assume you could get the DCL bus to get to the port from the airport and from the port to WDW. No?

Rent a car at the airport
Drive to Port Canaveral
Drop off all luggage and all other passengers at pier
Drive to rental agency (Budget, Enterprise [which may even pick you up], etc)
Take shuttle back to pier
Cruise
Debark
Take shuttle back to rental agency to pick up reserved car
Return to pier to get the rest of your party and their luggage
Drive to Disney
Return car to nearby location
Depending on the car size you need, this could cost you as little as $20 or $25 each way - AND you get to keep the car up to 24 hours. This doesn't matter to you from the airport to the ship, but from the ship to Disney, sure. Then you can take DME back to the airport for your flight home - just be SURE to reserve it in advance.

IF you book Disney Transportation from Airport to pier and back AND you want to go to a Disney resort after the cruise instead of to the airport, the Disney Transportation (About $60 roundtrip form airport to pier for each person) will take you to the resort instead of the airport.

This subject is covered a lot over at http://boards.cruisecritic.com and then select the EAST COAST DEPARTURES topic. There are a number of options. However, the rental car option is definitely the least expensive...and the more people you have the more you save.
