can someone help me with the Uni. podcast

It is saved as an m4a file (Quicktime for Ipods). I can't get it to play on my Sansa mp3 player - it doesn't recognize the format. I know I can just listen to it on my desktop, but I was hoping to download it for listening in my car on the way to and from work. Is there anyone out there who knows how to transfer the file to mp3?

If you're downloading from Itunes, right click on it and tell it to convert to MP3 format.

I'm trying to download it from the RSS feeds link on the main podcast page. I don't have ITunes.

If you go to the show notes page (http://podcast.wdwinfo.com) and look under the Universal show notes, there is a link there to download the show as an MP3. Right click on the link and "Save as".
