Can someone help me with Sunshine Rewards?

I'm not new to rewards programs in general, but I am new to sunshine rewards, and I am having problems.

How do the offers work? So far I've tried 2 and I'm confused. I clicked on the $10 instant win and all it does is add it to a list marked as pending. I tried the Red Lobster gift card and the same thing happened. There was no survey or anything. I don't get it.

Not sure what offers you are talking about but if you head to the forum on SR there will be a lot of people there to help.

I think what you did was click on the add to pending button instead of actually clicking on the actual offer link. Go back and remove them from pending and then click on the link for the offer not on the pending button.

I always tell my newbies to start out with something simple. Hyatt Gold Passport or internet survey panel. Once those are credited move on.
