Can someone help me to get this kissing photo the right size ?

This is the photo that I am talking about. I was able to get it smaller, but it was still to big for me to put in my signature. It needs to be under 200 pixels tall. I do have this photo around 150 pixels tall, but I wanted it bigger. It's either to big or too small lol >

Here are 2 more sizes of the photo that I have. One is still to big and the other is small enough but I wanted it bigger. I am having trouble getting the photo to the perfect size. So if anyone can help me, that would be great Thanks

Go to www.irfanview.com and download IrfanView. Use it to view the picture you want to resize and hit ctrl-R to bring up the resize window. (It's also available in a drop-down.) Enter the width (or height) you're looking for and it'll resize it. Hit S (or use the drop-down) to save it with a new name. Done!
