I'll just borrow surferdave's hugs and say "DITTO!":goodvibes

I agree that this new system introduces a new level of pre-planning stress that I haven't experienced in 40+ years of WDW trips. That said, I also agree that once you get there, you will have a BLAST!! So plan the best you can, then relax. No matter how much you plan, things will change day to day, hour to hour, there will be a few bumps in the road, but you will be in WDW and that is a world of fun and fantasy unto itself. Little boys on their first trip to WDW - it just doesn't get much better than that.:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 (I took my little boy on his first trip at 5mos old - 25 years ago, and he still loves it!)

I see you're doing the TOT 10 mile - RunDisney events are pretty AWESOME - we love them! Enjoy!!

Has anyone mentioned Jedi training at the Studios yet? You have to be there and head over at park opening but it is really really cool especially if they like star wars. Also one of the best souvenirs for the price IMO is the build your own light saber-both my youngest DD and my DS loved loved this. And if your boys like the movie Up at all AK has the Wilderness Explorer badge book-and photo ops with Dug and Russell (whether you do the WE stuff or not) The CM's doing the WE stuff are the best of any park we encountered too! You will have a GREAT time no matter what as there is just soo much to see and do :)
