How does it work? Do you need to make a reservation? We were looking at our rest day going to bowl (3 of us) 2 ad. 1 child at 10am.. Then thinking about eating there.. (does anyone recommend?) we are on the dining plan and looks like we could use a credit there... is there any packages with meal and food.. any coupons out there for bowling? I think you get my idea of questioning! :rotfl:

If you go when they open, you shouldn't have a problem. DD lives in Orlando and was reporting two hour waits later in the day. Here is info from the Disney site:

Reservations
At this time, Splitsville accommodates walk-in Guests only; advance reservations are not yet available. To secure a table or bowling lane, please visit the Splitsville greeter for assistance.

Hours of Operation
Splitsville is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Beginning at 10:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the 2nd floor is reserved for Guests ages 21 and older.

To be perfectly honest, if you’re able to get to Splitsville during the day at all, there is hardly any wait whatsoever. The “priority bowling” will be great at night and on weekends, but my excitement comes more from being able to use Tables in Wonderland there now.

Operating hours and Pricing
Monday through Thursday

Daytime: 10am to 4pm - $15 person
Evening: 4pm to 10:30pm $20 person
Late Night: 10:30pm to 2am $15 person
Friday through Sunday

Daytime: 10am to 4pm - $15 person
Evening and Late Night: 4pm to close – $20 person

Bowling times may vary based upon party size:
1 hour: 1-2 people
1 hour 15 minutes: 3 people
1 hour 30 minutes: 4-5 people
1 hour 45 minutes: 6-8 people
Shoe rental is included

Priority Bowling

Priority Bowling allows your group to receive the next available lane(s) upon check-in. Maximum of 2 lanes per group. Maximum of 8 bowlers per lane. Pricing includes bowling. Shoes are $4 per person.

Daytime: 10am to 4pm - $80 hour
Evening & Late Night: 4pm to 2am - $125 hour

So from what I read you can get in for standard bowling as a Walk-In, especially at the time you were talking, you can pay to reserve a lane which may be cheaper depending on the size of your party.

However you are right that they accept DDP, Table Service Credits!:thumbsup2

Ouch...This DEFINITELY ain't your hometown bowling alley! Of course, it is Disney! ::yes::
How about some food reviews...opinions?

We have one "Free Night" on tis next trip...I'm trying to decide between Splitsville or City Walk's Mini-Golf. I know the boy wants to do both, but it would take some serious time juggling to make that work out.

We're thinking of going on one of our "off" days too. I'm curious to see what our other fellow Disers think of Splitsville. Any food "not to miss"?!
