Can someone confirm this? Removed hot tub from Fantasy?

Hot tubs and kids are always such a mess. Even when signs are posted to suggest minimum ages and supervision, both get ignored. Which either leads to a facility making it a "slightly warmer than the pool" tub for safety, or kid soup.

And I really wish places would ban kids in swim diapers and/or life jackets from hot tubs. I mean everywhere, not just Disney. The hot tub is not for doggy paddling or pee. All a swim diaper does is prevent Code Brown. pooh:

The adult hot tub near quiet cove pool has been out of commission for the entire cruise.

It's true and I think it's better because, at least speaking from the Dream experience, we found the hot tub was full of unsupervised kids, and we loved Donald's wading pool on Deck 12, easy to just cool off in... also perhaps this will give the really little ones somewhere else to go besides Nemo's reef, that place was crowded with kids that were too old imo

Sorry, but I would hope this is no swim diapers allowed as well.

Ideally, they're keeping swim diapers out of anything that fundamentally has standing water.

Agreed, but if that is constantly recirculating new water, with only an inch or two, as it appears, then that would be ok. I thought Nemo's Reef was really quite disappointing for the diapered crowd, which there are no shortage of on Disney Cruises, so it would be nice if they had a calmer wading area for the swim diapered set.

We just got off the Fantasy (as in 90 minutes ago) and my 3 kids loved that little pool (ages 11, 7 and 7) because it was quieter than the crazy family pool and had windows at the bottom that looked down. I was surprised how long they sat in there. There were often adults sitting in it too.

When we left they were still working on the adult hot tub... hope it's up and running soon!

That's the pool my 2 kids (10 & 8) would rather float in too, but they aren't really "swimmers/splashers" and just kind of float around from place to place, LOL.
