Can some one please help me

There is so much information out her and I would love to get into DISigning for my family but I am a little bit challenge in that department. I have the ideas just don't know enough to see it come to life.

There are a lot of wonderful DISigns out here that I would love to have customized for me and the kids but once I make the request, get the DISign then what?

Do I need to save it in a special format to get it to print? What about resizing? I am sorry if this has been previously addressed. Please point me in the right direction if this is repetitive.
