Can promo tickets be upgraded to an annual pass?

The promo tickets right now are buy 2 days and get 2 days free. We're looking at getting the promo tickets that are park to park and include all 3 parks. I'm wondering if these promo tickets can be upgraded to an annual pass. We will also want 3 parks on the AP.

You can upgrade those tickets but you will get the value you paid for them, not the free days like Macraven stated. So you wouldn't get the price of a 4 day ticket credited towards the annual pass.

They're definitely upgradable. The value towards your AP will be the value of the 2 day ticket. You also want to double check the AP blackout dates before you upgrade, to make sure you aren't going to be stuck with an AP you can't use for part of your trip.

The 2 park ap’s are cheaper than the 3 park which includes Volcano Bay

If you plan to do UO for 3 or more days, than a water park would be worth it

Family has never been to VB and wants to try it. We're actually only going to be at UO for 3 nites/3days. The 3 park hopper promo of buy 2 get 2 is cheaper than the 3 day 3 park tkt. Because we have 3 rooms booked at the APH rate, we'll need to have 3 AP's. Some family members already have purchased the promo tkts and I was hoping to upgrade a couple of them.

I think we're ok with the black out dates. We're going 5/30-6/2. I might possibly return early to mid Dec for a day mid-week, staying off property. I can be flexible on the day, so hopefully will avoid any concert at that time.
