Has anyone been to the Wonderland Tea Party with their child? The description on this site makes it sound like the parent can attend (but the event is focused on the child and you only pay for the child), but when I called for PS today they told me it's for kids only. Can anyone let me know your experience? My dd will be going to this with her grandfather and not only will she be shattered if he can't come in with her, but he'll probably be more shattered! It's fine if he's not participating, eating, etc, but he'd at least want to be there to watch her enjoy it!

Thanks!

This event, along with The Pirate Cruise and Adventures in Cooking class is for children only. No adults are permitted into the venue.

If your child needs an adult with them, don't sign them up for one of these events. There are so many other wonderful things you can do in WDW. That's the beauty of it.

The Wonderland Tea Party is for children only. The parents are allowed to seat their children at the table, but then are told to leave, it is for children only. If your DD and her grandfather want to go to tea together, make a ressie at the Garden View lounge for tea. That's the regular high tea at the GF, where everyone can go, and it's not centered around the children, and no characters are involved.
