Can offsite guests get MagicBands?

We just decided on a last minute trip, for the first week of February. (Only 20 days to go! ) We're staying offsite, in a condo. Can offsite guests get MagicBands if I order my tickets directly from the Disney website?

As of now, no.

As of now, magic bands are only given to resort guests and AP holders. If a person has an old non-rfid ticket, that will be exchanged at the gate for an rfid ticket, not a magic band.
