Can non-DVC members utilize childcare services in villas?

Hi, we are looking at a possibility of renting points towards a villa at BLT. Do they have any kids' clubs at this particular one, or is it grouped with the CR? Thanks for the help.
Would we be able to use the kids' club if we are just renting points, and not DVC members?

The kids clubs are run by WDW not DVC, so yes you can utilize the WDW kid clubs. You do pay for it, and it's not inexpensive, but it is a great amenity since they do activities with the kids. Hope this answered your question.

Yes. Not all the resorts have one so it's not tied to where you're staying.
