My sister is going next week and staying onsite. Can she "unofficially" use my annual pass on the shops?

If they look at the photo and have any doubts they can ask for id.

The AP can be taken and as the terms of the signed contract have been breached will not be given back and the person would be put out of the park.

They could also prosecute for fraud legally though I doubt that they would.

It's all in the contract - article 7 :)

I think you probably already know the answer. By "unofficially" do you mean can she get away with it?

As you know, AP's are non-transferrable.

I have a bit of similar question.
I am going with my mum in 3 weeks. I have a Dreampas, so 20% off in the shops.
Would they make a problem of it if we go pay together (so I am present, yet we just pay her and my stuff in one go in stead of paying separately) or if she pays for the whole amount (using my AP discount)? Or do I actually have to put her wallet in my purse so it looks as if I'm paying for everything? :lmao:
I mean, for all they know she's keeping my wallet in her purse or something...

I know my mum and seeing as I payed for the trip she'll want to pay for all the food and souvenirs and stuff, yet I would feel really bad if she'd have to pay everything at full price, knowing that I get a discount with my AP.

I've never had a problem doing it this way using my shareholders card. My friend bought his stuff separately & I was at the till with him, I handed over my card & they accepted it. Just as long as you are present when purchasing :thumbsup2

I've seen a CM confiscate a AP once when the non card owner tried to use it and security were called to escort the card user away.

It is fraud as others have said - that is, if you are asking can she use it in place of you :crazy2:.

If you are asking can she use it while you are there (like others here state), then yes that is usually fine. I have been present at the Disney Store when my Mum has bought stuff (invariably for me or my girls!) and I have presented my SH card to get the discount for her. They didn't have a problem with this at all as I was present :).

Okay thank you!
Would be bit daft if she'd had to pay 20% more then necessary, especially seeing as I'm standing right next to her with the discount card then. :lmao:
