We have reservations at a few places...we don't do DDP becuse my kids are so picky. If my kids want to share in places that are menu items (not buffet) can they? They just don't eat a lot and it would be a waste to order them each a meal...I would order them drinks each, but let the two boys share...is that allowed?:confused3

Yes they can. My kids shared last time (yes one was under 2) but my husband and I shared too. We shared once at the plaza and once for Kona lunch.

So pretty much if it is not "all you can eat" or character we should be okay to share then? That will save me a ton of money with my sticky picky eaters!:thumbsup2

That's right!

If they are under three they can pick off your plate even at buffets and/or family style. But if they are 3 and over and you aren't on the DP they can pick up anyone's plate they want or share with each other.

and if you aren't on the DDP, you can also get things a la carte (ie instead of the set kids meal, you can order *just* pasta or whatever). We got my daughter just a bowl of plain penne w/butter at Mama Melrose's.

That is great to know!!!! Thank you! All of you have just saved me! I was getting ready to cancel a bunch of ressies becuse I just couldn't justify the money....that is why we don't do the DDP to begin with.:disrocks:

The three of us always shared 2 meals (and sometimes just 1) when we were there.
