Can my Comp Tickets Get extended?

I was given 2 comp tickets for an April 2020 trip. Expiration date says 12/2021. We are out of state and next CA trip won’t be until 2022. Can a comp ticket be extended?

Also, I see these two comp tickets in the disneyland app, but where do i find them on the website. i tried to Link Tickets, but it says they are already linked. i'm at a loss when it comes to DLR!

I have been hearing that comp tickets will get extended sometime next month to December of 2022. I don't know what comp tickets that applies to though.

If they are linked in the app you won’t see them on the website. You can still make resverations. Just use the app and it will take you to the website.

Yes, comps are being extended. CM comps in my app were set to expire 6/7/2021 and when I checked this morning, they are now valid until 12/14/2022!

I suggest you email guest services with your information. They are in the process of mailing CA residents their comp tickets on file and giving a 1 year extension.

Just curious - why mailing them if they are linked in the app? Would I email just the standard Guest Services or is there a specific Ticket Department email? Thanks!

I would email guest services, but like I said, explain it to them, because for Ca residents they are mailing in order to make the reservation online. They might do something different for out of state guests.
