Can Member Services Reallocate Points Without Cancelling Trip

Hello All,

We just added 25 points to our April contract and got 25 2017 points that we are banking to 2018. Problem is we have already booked our 2018 trip using 2018 points and now studios are not available for our week at BCV. Can member services reallocate our points and use the 25 2017 banked points or do we need to cancel our booked trip and waitlist to use the 2017 points we got from the add-on?

Give them a call, they should be able to help you. If they don't call your guide for some help.

In general, they can reallocate points that are in your account within a single reservation. What they cannot do is reallocate points between two different reservations.

Just be sure to verify they made the changes you wanted, prior to ending the call.
