We are taking our kids to Disneyland for Halloween along with our cousins and their kids. :goodvibes Since we will be there on Halloween, I was wondering what the policy was as far as costumes. We will have 3 kids under the age of 10 that will still want to dress up to celebrate, so is that allowed?? (The adults and teenagers won't care about a wearing a costume, so no worries there!!) I know that you can dress up at the halloween party at CA but the budget is tight and attending is just not possible for us. Honestly, I just feel blessed to even be going for 4 days!! So if anyone can shed some light on this issue, that would be great!! Thanks a bunch!!;)

I don't know about halloween day but I do know that anybody 9 and under can wear customes anytime. So thinking it probably won't be an issue. Have fun and what a great way to celebrate Halloween.

As long as they follow these (from Disneyland.com) they are fine:

"Are there restrictions on types of clothing or makeup that Guests may wear, or tattoos that can be displayed, while visiting the Disneyland® Resort?

Yes. The goal of the Disneyland® Resort is to provide a safe, secure environment for our Guests to enjoy. Clothing, makeup and tattoos that may distract from the Disneyland® Resort experience or that may pose a safety or health issue are not permitted:

* Clothing or tattoos with obscene, lewd or offensive language, graphics or designs
* Clothing that could be construed as indecent, exposing excessive portions of skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment (e.g., string bikini tops and bottoms, G-strings, clothing that accentuates or draws attention to private areas)
* Bare feet
* Weapons or accessories that appear to be weapons (i.e., bullet belts)
* Clothing or accessories that drag on the ground and create a potential tripping hazard
* Costumes on Guests over the age of 9 (e.g., Halloween costumes — with the exception of special events — wedding dresses, period costumes)
* Sharp or pointed accessories that may cause injury
* Masks or makeup that could be construed as part of a costume
* Exception: Attire intended to identify those wearing it is acceptable (e.g., military uniforms, cultural attire)

This information is subject to change without notice."

Thanks for the info!! Looks like we'll be putting our kiddos in a costume for Halloween!! :)
