Can it get any worse??? Britney Spears...

This is a picture that was snapped of Britney crying after stumbling with Sean Preston. I saw the actual footage of her crying in the restaurant on some show so yes, that is her and that is her adorable baby.

I don't know what kind of mother she is IRL but I do know that I had my 1st (and only as of now) child at 24 and as much as I love her I have made my fair share of mistakes and have been overwhelmed a time or 2. The 2 things I have going for me that Britney doesn't is that I am not followed around by the bloodhounds...er, I mean, papparazi...24 hours a day and I have a wonderful dh that helps out and loves me and our child. Britney's hubby seems like a complete jerk from what I can tell. She is a 1st time young mom who can't go anywhere without being followed, is criticized for everything she does, has no support from her dh, and is pregnant right away with her 2nd child. I can only imagine how overwhelmed she must be. Has she made dumb choices? Sure, but who hasn't? I don't know why everyone is so obsessed with all of her choices anyway. I am not a fan of hers but my gosh! Leave her alone already! As far as her clothing it is definitely ugly, but she has never had the best fashion sense so why is everyone so surprised anyway? :confused3

I also saw an interview a few weeks ago with her moronic husband and he was asked if Britney and Sean were both drowning which one would he try to save. He said and this is a direct quote, "Sean! DEFINITELY Sean!" and then he laughed. It was the way he said it. I don't think he cares about Britney at all and is no doubt using her for her money and fame. I truly think Britney got in over her head and doesn't know how to get out. I feel sorry for her.

C. Notice ALL the photographers in the background of this shot. If she wanted a private moment to cry w/her kid, the middle of HappyMeal Land w/a ton of your photographers w/you is NOT the place to do it...get that kid in the front seat of your car and drive away...LOL :rotfl2:

Just to clarify - the background you're speaking up is actually a mirrored wall - you are looking at the photographer(s) taking that picture.

It wasn't McDonalds. She was in New York, and it was the FAO Schwartz cafe. So she had herself a good cry in public. She's human, just like the rest of us. She can't go anywhere without tons of paparazzi stalking her. She tries to incorporate some normalcy into her life and everything she does is put under scrutiny. I don't envy her life one bit.

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: OMG, I can't stand them either! But I think there is a holiday/embroidered/appliqued sweater-wearing Dis'er here, so we gotta stop hatin'.

Never hatin ;)

But seriously folks, haven't we all had those days? Thought you left the house all cute and then have your friends/co-workers/mothers ;) question what the heck you were thinking! I guess I should be glad that no one is trying to snap pics of me at the grocery store right after I workout, or taking the dog out in my leopard print Disney jammies. Or, are there....... :rotfl2:

Oh please--that pick is after she had her stumbling incident and the vultures wouldn't leave her alone. Very shortly after that pic she burst into tears.

So how about "leave me the **** alone" for your silly caption.

The picture looks like it has been photoshopped, although I could be wrong. When I right click it I get the photo url with the following info:

Software: Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 Windows

Kinda looks like the head has been pasted on another body. And isn't Sean Preston older than the baby pictured? I don't know. Who knows?

I do feel for her though if this is a real picture. Constantly being stalked by the press would be a nightmare with a child. Everyone is making her out to be the most horrible mother in the world when I've seen so called regular folk make similar if not worse parenting mistakes or decisions.

This photo was taken from the well documented tripping incident.

She was wearing the top and bra...not sure about the thong though---in fact...she seemed pretty concealed by a bag or something IIRC from when they were originally taken. But I do not remember. From the video--she was very upset about what had just happened.

The restaurant appeared to be in a mall of some kind as the entrance was from an interior building and it was almost "soda shop" like in appearance. So it isn't any kind of fancy place. It could very well be a doctored photo. (which is said b/c there seems to be plenty to work with the regular photos that people seem to feel they can judge so well. )

The photogs in the "background" are actually not seen--you are seeing a reflection in the window of the person who took the photo.

As much as I can't believe I have an opinion on this, I feel sorry for her too. Life isn't really what any of us expect it to be.

Oh please, lighten up, people. ;)

I would have never known it was Britney Spears in the picture if the OP hadn't mentioned it. It's a funny picture, no different from any of the other "caption this" pictures of other celebs, politicians and unknowns that have been posted on this board.

Now that we know the story behind it, yea, it's sad that she was having a rough day and normally, I wouldn't make fun of someone in that situation. But who was supposed to know that, other than the folks that read and follow all the paparazzi stories?

If anyone is to blame for the media scrutinizing her every move and following her around with cameras, it's the people who buy and read that stuff. If no one ever bought another People magazine (or it's competitors), the hounding of celebs would stop. :)

Aggie. Proud to say I have never purchased a People magazine in all my life. (Although I must admit to buying a few Tiger Beats in my pre-teen years. ;) )

She probably still looks better than half the people here slamming her. Same probably goes for the mother skills as well.

This post made my day! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Honestly, with all of the scrutiny, I would have stopped going out in public long ago if I was her. And I agree, if there were photogs following me around all of the time - they would have some pretty (unfortunate) choice footage of me too

The song "So You Had a Bad Day" keeps going through my mind.

If I were her, and this was a publicity stunt gone wrong, I would be trying to orchestrate the next photo a little better and/or fire my publicist. Maybe an intervention on Oprah would work.

If it was just a genuine bad moment(s), I would probably lay low for awhile so that the tabloids could concentrate on someone else. But,that's just me. I would be embarrassed and would want to regroup.
