Can Ipo Print A List Of My Adr's?

I made all my own ADR's this morning and I was wondering if IPO could print them off and either email or fax them to me. I had planned on only doing Le Cellier but since I seem to get a CM who was pretty good I just made them all. I would like to get a copy of them if possible just to make sure they are all made and that I wrote down all the correct confirmation numbers. I really don't want to call and confirm them all. Does anyone know if IPO can get this info for me?

I thought for some reason you wrote CRO. Sorry about that. Can you email your IPO and ask them for a list of your ADR's? I usually just call but I do wish you could get a list of your ADR's online.

They will when you check in, I have never heard of them doing it before.

I would just call and confirm.

They can send you your itinerary in a PDF format via e-mail. Worst case they can probably mail you a copy as well.

When you say "IPO" you mean the pre-trip planning service that you get with a concierge/club level room? If so, then they (IPO) can email all of your ADRs to you, in advance of your trip, so you can see them and double check them. I've had the WL and Polynesian IPOs do this for me on a few trips, and actually caught a few errors. The errors were computer/CRO errors, not IPO errors, but they corrected them for me

When you check-in to whatever Club Level floor your staying on, they should print you out a list of all the ADR's you made. That was the case when my family and I checked into the Atrium Club back in December 2004, when we got a print out of the two ADR's we had made for Boma.

Thanks for the great responses. I spent an hour making about 12 ADR's today and I did right down all the confirmation numbers but I would love to have a hard copy of my ADR's confirmation numbers from the IPO (I am staying CL). I have heard about errors with ADR's and I don't want to wait until I arrive to find out there is a mistake. I was up at 6am to get all my ADR's this morning and I want to make sure I have them all before it is too late.

What I do, is use the PS Calculator, print it out and fill in the confirmation numbers.

Fill in the dates MM/DD/YYYY of your ADRs and click the Run Report button at the bottom of the page. You can print the screen and fill in the time and confirmation number.

Thanks for the link,but I do want to make sure that all my ADR's are made correctly. There have been posts were people have had problems with ADR's they thought they had.The best(and easiest )way for me to check them is to have a list to verify they are correct. I am hoping IPO can do this for me since I already made all the ADR's otherwise I will have to call and go through all of them one by one and make sure they are correct.

They can absolutely do that for you. I'm looking at an e-mail from the YC pre-planning office right now and there's a Word document attached that has my entire itinerary with confirmation numbers. Just drop them an e-mail and ask them to forward you a copy at their earliest convenience.

Yep, as Tammi and Conch said IPO will do that for you. I prefer making most of my own arrangements but enjoy having a copy from IPO to make sure everything is correct.

Last trip, it paid off as the second half of our dining reservations were made with a misspelled last name. Most likely, it would not have been an issue but it's better to have it all in order and IPO was able to do that for me.....specifically Calvin.
