Can I use Safari Club at DLP as can't book

My friend has said she would like to go for a birthday meal at either planet hollywood or rainforest cafe when we go in July. I have read the restaurant thread and it appears we cannot book either of these. As it will be a busy time of year does anyone know if I can use my safari club front of the line card?

Was this not discountinued My gut reaction is that DLP would not know what this was, so it would not help

I thought the Safari Club only applied to the Rainforest Cafes in the US.

This is where you'll tell me I'm wrong and I should have been using it in London!
