Can I use points to book for anything else for a quick getaway?

Hello-- we finally found someone to watch our dogs and want to go away somewhere on short notice. Of course all the dvc resorts are booked. Can we exchange points for anything else anywhere else? Staying in the U.S. Thanks!

Your options depend on when you bought your points. All points can be used for Interval International trades, but only "qualified" points can be used for trades in the Concierge Collection, the Adventures Collection and the Disney Collection. The options are described in detail on the Member's website.
