can i use pin code with same last name?

My sister-in-law received a pin code to her e-mail but it is adressed to the same last name as me.Should I try and use this pin code with same last name or is there more info attached to this pin code? How can I get one of these sacred pin codes

I don't think you will be able to use it unless she is going & books the ressy in her name.

The last pin code I received could be used by up to 3 people...shame on my sisters-in-law for not calling in a timely fashion...

unfortunately my sister-in-law isn't coming with us so I was just hoping to use the pin code that happens to have my last name.At this point I'm getting very discouraged that I won't get one of my own!
