Can I use my TV shows (bought on iTunes) with my new Android phone?

I had an iPhone, but just bought a Motorola Razr Maxx phone a couple of days ago. I have a bunch of TV shows that I had bought for DD on iTunes. Is there any way of converting those to put on my new Android phone? (Hopefully a simple way, as I'm not much of a techie.) Thanks.

Nope. Android doesn't support ITunes DRM (digital rights management) so they can't be copied over.

I don't think so -- it's more of a "proprietary" format thing -- kind of similar to VHS tapes and DVDs -- one won't work in the other...

Hmmm, I wonder if there's a legal way of removing the DRM?

There are plenty of solutions to do it, though I don't know if there are any good "free" solutions. Quickly searching, I found at least 3-4 software packages that can convert iTunes DRM to more compatible formats.

If you're doing it for your own personal use, it's not illegal... just the same as buying a CD and ripping it to MP3 is perfectly legal.
