Can I use my tickets???

We are staying at a DTD hotel on night 1 and then moving to the Poly for the next 6 nights. I know I can't use my dining plan until I begin my stay at the Poly, but is there any way I can add one more day to my park tickets (I currently have 7) and go to the park on the day we are staying at the DTD hotel? I know the answer is probably NO because I will not get my KTTWC until I check in at the Poly, but I wanted to be sure. I don't want to purchase a separate ticket for that one day. I had plans to just visit DTD on day one, so if can't add on the extra day we will just stay with the DTD plan.

I know the answer is probably no because

2- i will not get my kttwc until i check in at the poly, but i wanted to be sure.

1- Yes, you can.
2- You can pick up your park tickets up to THREE DAYS before your package begins.
3- You don't have to.

Just take all of your package information to any Guest Relations outside any of the Theme Parks or
either Guest Relations at DTD, and you can get your park tickets before you check in.

(You can add an extra "day" (or more) at that time, or anytime within the next 14 days.)
