Can I use my husbands magicband?

There is absolutely no harm in asking at guest services if they can do something. They'll probably say no. As long as you are OK with that answer, don't let the negative nellies on here prevent you from asking.

No. If you attempt this, you will be denied entry. Partially used tickets are nontransferable, and that is why they require the finger scan at the gates.

Not only that, when you enter with the MB your name comes up and they know who is entering.... And it's not just your nick name on your band, your whole name. The other week without thinking when we went to the waterpark my husband tapped his band rather than the hard ticket we had and CM approached him within 5 seconds of him tapping and stated his full name as she approached.

I guess I don't see a point in asking when it is clearly against the policy. This isn't one of those rules that is open for interpretation. There is a clear yes or no, black or white answer.

Users have reported being able to use MB's that weren't used for entry, it doesn't hurt to try it.

Once a MB has been used for entry, yes, you can use another person's MB in your party, knowing it will work.

Because they're not looking for a loophole or an interpretation of the rule. They are looking to have Disney bend their own rule. And it wouldn't be the first time it happened.

Tickets are supposed to be Non-refundable but I've received a refund before.

OP is wanting to use her husband's magic band to enter the park for an additional day, and with YES tickets that are dated, nonrefundable, nontransferable and non upgradable.

Thanks for all the replies, I hear the consensus and I will do what I will do. I don't want a ethical debate. I just wanted to have input as to what others thought of my options. Thanks:flower3:
