Can I use my daughters TS credits?

We have the disney dining plan for our trip next year. My eldest daughter will be 10 by then so is classed as a 'Disney adult' on the plan. However, she will most likely want to order from the childrens menus as she's not a big eater and very picky. If we pay out of pocket for her to have a childs meal, can we save her TS credits and my husband and I use them, perhaps for a signature restaurant during our trip or is this not allowed?

Yes. Credits are not assigned to an individual, but to your account. You can use hers bc they are adult credits. Doesn't matter who uses them.
