Can I use DDP if I am not staying on site?

Question says it all really lol

I am going in Oct with family of 5, we are staying in a villa offsite for 3 weeks, got 21 day ultimate tickets.. is there an option anywhere to have DDP?

No, DDP is only available if you stay onsite.

sadly no, disney use it as a tool to get you to stay onsite
At one time they did use to have a voucher scheme for a QS meal/drink/icecream which you purchesd in the park,we found this a great idea then it evolved into the DDP

You need to be staying on site and possibly have a park ticket for at least a day if I'm thinking clearly, it's based on the length of stay of your package at a Disney Hotel. Guests using the Disney Dining Plan can not share meals with other guests not on the plan either so it's just those staying on-site who get to use this facility.
