Can I upgrade dining plan now for next month?

Dh really wanted the QSDP then last night he had a change of heart. He sid he would miss some of his favorites. So last night after 2 hours of playing around I came up with this. But my question is I'm under my 45 day mark but can I still upgrade without a fee? I want to book next years vacation this week also free dining. But I can't afford to do both this week.

Friday arrive nothing schedule probably just hit PH at dtd
Saturday Tusker house Nemo Package 1 pm
Sunday Garden Grill had this one 430 pm
Monday Liberty tree lunch 1130
Tuesday water park something at DTD just not sure what yet
Wednesday Sci fi 1130
Thurday another water park head to DTD again or maybe a resort
Friday Norway princess breakfest 1050 had this one
Saturday Crystal palace 910 this one was a major score dh favorite

Typically, if upgrading the package, the fee is waived. If downgrading the package, the fee is applied.

Of course, it ends up being up to the CM that is doing the changes, but from reading the boards, that's the most common case.

They should waive the $50 change fee for upgrading. If yuo're within a week or so of check-in, there might be a $15 change fee that doesn't get waived.
