Can I trade these pins?

I recently bought a lot (and alot ) of pins off of ebay. One lot that I purchased has 3 stitch pins that aren't stamped Disney on the back. I found them on pinpics.com but I'm really confused as to whether or not these are tradeable. I'm really new to this and I haven't yet traded pins in the park (can't wait till December )

They are adorable pins but I'm wondering if we could trade them in the parks.

If you looked at Pinpics you will see they are indicated as "fantasy" pins. From a pure legal standpoint they could possibly be considered copyright violation. They are not authorized by Disney.

They are not tradeable with CM lanyards. However, there is nothing to stop you from trading them with other guests.

Thanks for the info. That is what I thought but I wanted to be sure. I guess I'll keep them and hopefully get a pic with DS#2 with stitch to display them with!
