Can I still make ADR at 180+10...

if I just have the Quick Service Dining Plan? We'll be paying for a couple of sit down meals OOP. I have the package booked - with QSDP, but since that doesn't include sit down meals, can I still make my ADRs for the week on the first day of my booking window?

180+10 is available to ALL resort guests, regardless of which (if any) dining plan they are on.

Disney doesn't even care whether or not you have a dining plan. If you're within the eligible time frame you can make any reservations you want to make, the dining plan is not relevant.
