Can I split a meal w/DH at LeCellier?

I'm thinking I'd like to try LeCellier on our next trip. My DH and I aren't not big eaters, so I was thinking of getting the cheddar cheese soup as appetizer and then splitting a meal, with maybe splitting dessert as well. Will this be acceptable? I don't want to have to order 2 entrees as I know most of my DH's will go to waste(he's rather picky)and I'll eat way more than I need to.

Of course you can. My mom and I always split our meal at Le Cellier.

My wife and myself split almost every meal at WDW. We ate at Le Cellier in late Sept. and split our meal that evening. We split the 14oz New york strip plus an order of Asparagus & an order of Wild mushrooms.

we usually split also so we can get an appe or dessert and never have had anyone even act like it was "odd"

We split a lot of meals and have at Le Cellier so we could enjoy the soup AND dessert. We do always tip as if we each ordered an entree...
