My binder is not scrapbooked or anything, but I do a great job keeping it organized. There are 6 sections. The first section is all of my calendars with date and price scenarios (so we can decide what our plans should be), my crowd prediction information from touringplans.com, my information sheets with all relative information compiled on it (date, overall crowd level for the date, park hours and crowd level for each park, major events for each park like: Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party or Fantasmic showings, and highlighted I have the park to avoid for the day and the best park predicted by Touringplans.com), and my itinerary with all pertinent information like ADR's (times, confirmation numbers, dining plan entitlements planned for use that day, etc...). Section two is for artwork plans and smaller projects that are in progress or completed. (currently, since I am in the beginning stages of planning for this trip, I have a list of planned projects like: tie dye mickey head shirts, etc...and I also have some of my finished Disboarder tags to label stuff with). Section three is for dining info. We love the dining plan, so I keep my reservation confirmation sheet for each restaurant, along with that restaurant's menu. I also have a lot of the counter service restaurant menus printed up and placed in the extra pocket in case I need to find someplace to eat while there. Next, in section four, is all my resort info with maps, reservation sheets, and payment sheets. Section 5 is for flight or driving info with maps or confirmation sheets. I will also include hotel info for on the way there if we decide to drive. Section 6 is for misc. info and notes.
Hope that helps! I bought a laminator last year, and it was a wonderful purchase. It only cost me $20, and I laminate all my stroller tags and such. I love the planning, and I try to do a little every day to keep the excitement up. Plus I may be planning for 14 people this time, so it should keep me motivated! Let me know if you need more specifics! Oh, I just use a 5 star divider...gasp! I know...I don't have the time or interest to scrapbook my binder. I literally empty my binder out as soon as we get home and start over. Of course I save everything for future reference, but with 5 kids my interest in making my binder pretty is nonexistent! Please don't judge my binder scrapbooking Disers! I assure you it is very organized and well-loved.
