I am planning on using chair covers for my lunch reception, can I reuse these for my dessert party in the evening or do I have to pay the hire fee again?:confused3

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if you will get charged again, but if you will get charged I would skip them. To be honest, it's dark. You are only out there for 45 minutes. No one will notice the black chairs. Everyone will be looking at the lovely location, the food, the fireworks and not the chairs.

I totally agree. No one even noticed the chairs because the food was so amazing and the locations are beautiful. We were at Sago Cay but it's the same idea.

Agree the chairs uncovered were fine. We did black linens on the tables as the chairs in Epcot were black so that they did not stand out.

I agree with all the previous posters, no one will be thinking about the chair covers since the location is so incredible! Our guests were impressed with the location and desserts...this is a great place to save $ for other things!

We actually opted not to add any floral (we decided last minute to eliminate gel cylinders to save $ and glad we did!)

At UK Lochside, the benches and black chairs are actually pretty nice! :

Would you mind posting any other pictures you have of UK Lonchside? I am most likely using this location and haven't seen too many good pictures of the set up. I would really appreciate it!

Pixiedust, absolutely! I have a ton of photos of the dessert set up and view but not too many of the tables/chairs. I don't want to hijack this thread but I am working on a trip report and next up is the dessert party so I'll have a lot of photos there. :goodvibes
But just to show a few (we didn't do any floral/gel cylinders and I'm glad we didn't since we had candles put on the tables by Disney for free):

Here are some more pix of the standard setup at UK Lochside. We weren't told we could select black linens at no charge or I would have...

I don't have my Disney Photography Dessert Party photo's yet but here are a few of the family pics showing the tables. I had the black linens, single yellow gel cubes (though if I had know I would have been provided free candles on the table I might have skipped them).
