I am not wanting housekeeping during my upcoming trip. I am afraid the housekeepers will not use caution and will let my dog out. I just think it is best if they stay out whole trip. I have wife who will clean.

Im sure you you left the "Do Not Disturb" door hanger up they wouldnt enter.

I didnt know WDW resorts allowed dogs....Wont you need clean towels?

We put our Do Not Disturb sign on our door at CBR last year for our 5 day stay. They left towels and washclothes in a bag and hung it on the door for us. We then put out our old towels and washclothes in that bag on the door on the way out to the parks.

I only do it because I feel so bad about the mousekeeping that has to clean up after us. Since I'm on vacation, and the only one that cleans, I don't lift a finger to clean anything:lmao:

I have been loving your posts on the Budget Board so much that I had to go check them out on the Community Board. Glad to see you are sharing your point of view over on the Resorts board! :rotfl2:

Yes, I think it would be wise not to let Mousekeeping in the room. They might have a little too much blood to clean up from your Big Thunder ride with track pieces missing. ;)

Wife sounds like good woman.

And his mugging by the 13 year old! :rotfl2:

And we can't forget the streetfighting to make more money for Disney. That's gotta leave a mark . . .

Does Disney know you will have a dog in room? I don't think they are allowed, thats why they have kennels.

Maybe if you tip mousekeeping nicely, they will walk your dog for you!!!:dogdance:

Don't the resorts give you a free USA Today? That will be handy for your dog.

Make sure to get fresh towels from somewhere. Go to the pool and request about 10 towels daily to take to your room. That's also good for dogs.

sure, you can request it. During our last trip, mousekeeping let my dog out everyday - it became a real problem. I still haven't found my dog. Good Luck.

Disney has a rule that if housekeeping allows the dog to escape the room, they have to bathe it before it comes back. For $199.95, they will style, clip and pixie dust the dog at the Bippity Barkity Bowtique (tiaras optional since the unfortunate eyeball incident.)
