Can I phone order a Downtown Disney store....

For a monorail since they are not available online right now. I want to get one for Christmas and notice they will be there, but then they disappear. I would gladly pay shipping, I just want to get one. I know I can go to Amazon or Ebay......just would rather buy it from the source.

Can I call the store and give a Credit card to have them ship - like some other retailers do?

Hello, I work for the World of Disney at Disneyland in the Downtown Disney District. I don't know if WDW has the exact same policies but the stores do not have an outside line and we don't except orders directly through the phone. We have a mail order number called DelivEARS or Disneyland Merchandise Guest Services ~ (877) 560-6477. It is Toll free and it should direct you on how to purchase products directly from any Disneyland store. The monorail and the train sell out fast before Christmas time so order early! Hope that helps.

The previous poster is correct in the fact that you cannot call a shop directly; you need to call WDW Merchandise Guest services and I do not have the number handy at the moment. It has been changed to a toll free number, as DL and WDW mail order has been combined (this was told to me when I called DL Delivears back in late June looking for some WDCC pieces). The monorails are currently available.
