Can I pay the difference to upgrade dinning plans?

Me and my hubby have totally paid for our August 12-21st 9 night extravaganza however, I am second guessing myself on just having bought the regular dinning plan and I might change it up to deluxe. Would they do this for us or is this out of the question. Also, what is the amount that we are looking at paying. Has anyone recently had the deluxe or regular dinning and if so did they think is was too much (deluxe) or not enough (regular)?

Yes you can. Last year we got the free basic dining plan and just paid the difference to go with the Deluxe.

I upgraded today - easy enough via phone with Disney reservations, but make sure you know how much your price should change (just Google dining plan prices). My room discount didn't apply correctly after the rep switched plans, and if I hadn't caught it, I might have lost my really great deal.

We upgraded from the free DDP to the DxDDP for £15/person/day.

So for a 3 week trip we paid only £630 for all of our food (excluding tips) - bargain!
