Can I pay for DDP with Disney gift cards?

As a DVC member, I don't have to pay until I check-in. Can I use gift cards from the Disney store to pay for some of my DDP cost?

Yep. We did this last trip and are thinking of doing it again this time. Loved not having to use a cc or count out all that cash.

I just did this last week. Just remember not to enter any credit card information if you use online check in as they will charge the plan to your card before you arrive.

jjohnson is right...when we are paying DDP on a gift card we don't use online check in. We had one gift card earlier this year for $1250! Two dining plans for split stays, money to upgrade our kids passes and money for bippidi boppidi boutique! We get the gift card with our tax return before we wind up spending the money on something else!
