Long time Disney traveller here, but have never played on one of the mini golf courses. On our January trip, I'm taking my girls on the first day we get there since we aren't doing the parks. We're staying at All Star Music so we're going there first but then planning to use our vouchers to go golfing. Afterwards since we are so close I'm thinking that we may stroll over to the Boardwalk to take it all in and grab some dinner. So I'm wondering if I can drive over and park at the Boardwalk since I'm a resort guest and then walk over to Fantasia Gardens, or is there a designated parking area for the mini golf? Or is my better bet to grab a bus at All Star Music and go to the Swan/Dolphin, get off and walk to the course, and then walk back over to Boardwalk when we're done?

Appreciate the advice. TIA.

I think it would be easiest just to drive to Fantasy Gardens. They do have a parking lot. And it might be easiest to leave your car at Fantasy Gardens and walk over to the boardwalk area, although, I haven't done it myself.

Great! I definitely think I'll drive to the golf course and we'll walk over from there when we're done. Thanks!

The Boardwalk venue isn't much. You'll need an ADR for any of the table service restaurants there. Once you dine, this really isn't much to do or see, except for a bit of action once it gets dark.

When we were there a couple weekends ago they had someone at the lot only allowing parking if you were playing golf. They may have been restricting parking because of Food and Wine and people parking there and walking to the back entry of EPCOT. So you may want to keep that in mind.

Definetly park at the Fantasia lot for the golf.

It's no big deal to park at the boardwalk too., you may just need to show an i.D.

You'll love the boardwalk.
As a Dis Lover, of course you'll want to check it out. There's a couple of shops, Plus you can walk around the BC side to the Pier. If you wanted to see what Dolpin/Swan/BC/YC are all about, that's all right there too. If nighttime, things will be lit, but then it will also take longer to seat at ESPN if you decide to go in. Daytime, you can usu. just walk right in with no wait.

We Definetly love the ESPN club, and no ADR's taken.

It could very well be impossible to park at Boardwalk. I have been there during Food and Wine time when they allow only those that are staying at BW to park there. Everyone else was sent across the street from BW, behind the Hess station. And that can be a hefty walk.

Why not just park at DHS, and either walk or boat to the S/D to get to Fantasia Gardens, then grab dinner in the area, and boat or walk back to DHS.

That's a great idea too. Not sure what's going on in January when you're going, so that could be factor if that's when the food and wine thing is. We usu. go in August. Sometimes we also walk through Epcot, when we are there to go eat at ESPN or Cap. Grill for a break, but don't know if you're planning on a park day when you go.
