I have candlelight dining package for a 6:45PM show (breakfast at Trattotia al Forno). I was able to score dinner reservations for Le Cellier at 7:25PM. Am I amble to see the show and make it to Canadian Pavillion for dinner? Thanks

Not on time.

You'd likely get there, but you will be about 15- 20 min. late for the ADR.

CP show length runs about 40+ minutes.
America Gardens Theater (#11 on the map, in front of the American Adventure)
is a long way from Canada...

Totally agree. We listened to the show from outside the theatre while sitting at the Liberty Inn outside seating area and it was a good 45 minutes in length. Then, you would have to exit the theatre with the masses and they don't move very fast and then get around everyone to hustle to Canada and, as Robo said, that's a heck of a long way.

Also, LeCellier tends to run behind schedule so if you are going when it is busy, and they are running late they might cancel your reservation if you do not show up on time. We have seen late arrivals turned away as one way to reduce the wait time when they're behind schedule. While restaurants can allow a grace period, it is not an official policy and at the discretion of the restaurant.
